Ever since I took pastry and baking course at the Institute of Technical Studies(ITE), I've already dream/thought off how my cafe would be like. It's insane. A 2 storey cafe. Not only a cafe bt a dance studio too. The 1st storey will be the cafe and the 2nd storey will be the dance studio. Cool huh? Wait, there's more explanation to come.
This won't be like those common cafe where you could only chill out with your friends and stuff. This cafe is soo awesome that you could even go for dance classes at the 2nd storey. And yes, both the cafe and dance studio will be owned by me of course. I know, I know that this is an insane idea. 2 different business under one roof. But why?
This is why. I know that there's lots of people out there who love to dance and stuff and dance classes out there are usually expensive/full/or whatever. And I'm sure they will be hungry/thirsty/or whatever after hours of dancing so by having a cafe on the 1st storey, they won't have a hard time thinking where to eat after their classes. Or vice-versa. Amazing idea isn't it. Hahaa
So how's my cafe going to be look like? I wanted my cafe to have that retro feel and at the same time the streets feel. And the seats I wanted it to be like those 80's/90's kind of seating, like the one in archie's? -The cartoon show remember? Ya, Something like that would be nice. The dance studio? Of course its going to look like the streets and I want to incorporate some other elements too. Still not so sure. But for what I know, I want to make all this happen to life.
I want to be my own boss. The boss who owned to different type of business. Awesome much. What I need to do now is to start saving and do a little bit of small business already..
